Architect Business Operations Applications, HRIS - Remote or Onsite In South FL

The purpose of this position is to support our mission to help everyone live a longer, happier, and healthier life. Specifically, the I.T. Architect will support the four Engines of Success that include: Internal (to increase level of service performed by employee) – Customer Service (to increase patient, physician, and customer satisfaction) – People (to increase employee satisfaction and lower employee turnover) – Financial (to increase net revenue and to reduce costs).

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Architect, Business Operations Applications

  • Optimize application usage and workflow efficiency by working with assigned department heads.
  • Serves as an escalation point for upgrades and services for reported issues or for assigned projects.
  • Works with multidisciplinary teams to optimize organization-centered business systems through standardized education and training, change management, and end user support to promote improved quality and process efficiencies through technology.
  • Collaborates with operations leaders and end users of the system to design, build, test, train, implement, evaluate, and provide maintenance to assigned applications.
  • Maintains, updates, designs, and develops assigned applications by translating business needs.  
  • Business Support, HRIS
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience required. Prefer 7 or more years of experience with the following Kronos v8.1 Modules: HRPR, Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, Mobile, Integration Management, Device Management and Absence Management.
    • Prefer experience with Healthstream and Healthcare Source.

 

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience required. Prefer 7 or more years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner.
  • Accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under own initiative / self-motivated.
  • Experience with information technology optimization.
  • Dexterity to learn new systems and programs rapidly.
