Responsibilities • Gather, develop, coordinate and maintain business requirements for projects by analyzing and understanding business processes. • Translate requirements to technical specs to provide developers with appropriate documentation to execute on the project. • Develop use cases and functional specifications. • Support project implementation to accept the new solution by assisting in development of user training and acceptance testing. • Analyze a solution to determine value, documenting value, communicating value analysis. • Troubleshoot, coordinate and maintain production systems and applications. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or related field. • At least five (5) years of IT experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels. • Interpersonal and consultative skills. • Analytical thinker, problem solver. • Presentation and report-making skills. • Understands both application development and infrastructure/ system engineering concepts. • Identify root cause of problem using formalized problem-solving techniques.
