About us
Our Company
Robinson Key is a women-owned IT recruiting firm with a boutique touch. Founded in 2010, Robinson Key uses a consultative approach to provide services to a wide range of clients from small start-ups to mid-sized companies and global enterprise organizations. Our expertise, market knowledge, recruiting strategies, and our commitment to offering flexible solutions such as direct hire, staff augmentation, retained search, and custom recruiting services is why companies choose Robinson Key.

We specialize in connecting top talent quickly and efficiently with our clients, because we realize that hiring the right people is the key to unlocking an organization’s success and growth potential.  We are proudest of the fact that much of our business is based on referrals from clients and candidates who recommend our services.

Our Values
The employees at Robinson Key are committed to maintaining ethical business practices by integrating the concept of corporate social responsibility into our values, mission, and vision. We are serious about our culture and our six values represent our focus and attitudes towards our clients, ourselves, and our community.  If our company values were a playlist, we’d have the following songs on it:
The one constant in life is change so we’re flexible and adaptable when we need to be.  REO Speedwagon’s song ‘Roll with the Changes’ reminds us to stay positive and keep moving.
It’s a tie for us between ‘Beauty in the World’ by Macy Gray and the classic ‘What a Wonderful World’ by Louis Armstrong.  We try to spread positivity, hope, and love no matter how hard it can be and are committed to making the communities around us better.

We own our successes and our mistakes.  We’re honest and do what we say we’re going to do.  Every time. We’re going country on this topic with ‘You’ve Got To Stand For Something’ by Aaron Tippin and ‘Humble and Kind’ by Tim McGraw.

We know it’s obvious but ‘Respect’ by the great Aretha Franklin. While we’re on the greats, let’s throw in ‘Man In The Mirror’ by the late, great Michael Jackson who reminds us that we must respect ourselves in addition to others.
‘Unwritten’ by Natasha Bedingfield reminds us that endings are often unplanned and require thinking outside of the box.  Break traditions!

Endurance and determination usually lead to reward.  ‘Going the Distance’ by Cake embodies our spirit and quest for excellence.  R Kelly also embodies our spirit of perseverance with ‘I Believe I Can Fly’.
